临床中，我会收到非常个别的患者反馈说：吃完药，我没有任何感觉。而我在review当时的治疗时，却发现治疗明明是非常对症的。所以，我对这类现象进行了观察和分析。<\/p>\n

首先，我们排除掉一种情况，就是本身需要长期治疗或本身病机的体感就不明显的，比如瘀血、中风后遗症的治疗，病位深，本身需要治疗时间长。那么一开始的几次治疗，身体没有明显感受是很正常的。<\/p>\n

但有些治疗，短期内是一定可以看到效果的，比如肝气郁结、痰湿。<\/p>\n

但我最近就是遇到了一个患者，他来自悉尼，我在诊断时提到他有痰湿等问题，他却告诉我：“我并没有感觉到身体有任何异常，除了某个部位的疼痛。” 但实际上，这位患者的身体状况已经非常糟糕，甚至已经处于癌症阶段。他服用了我为他调配的两周去痰湿为主的药之后，理论上，身体必然有一些反应——无论是改善症状还是某种变化，但他给我填写的在线问诊单，没有一个症状描述，除了之前西医给他的一个病名之外。<\/p>\n

这反应的是一个人对自己的身体完全失去了感觉。一个人如果他对自己的身体还有切身的感受，他一定能听到自己身体给自己发出的任何健康信号。人对自己身体健康的感受是不应该被“工业化”和“标签化”的。<\/p>\n

我希望看到这篇文章或视频的朋友或我的患者，可以认真想一想我们的心在哪里？我们的自我感受在哪里？只有知道我们的心在哪里，我们与自己的心有足够的交流对话，我们对自己的心有足够的觉知，这才是我们身体疗愈的开始！<\/p>\n
