患者Ka**，北欧人，25岁，女性。手部肿胀，手指及腕关节略有变形，疼痛，冬天雨天疼痛加剧。小时候约12岁急性发作疼痛一次，后未再犯全身疼痛。西医家庭医生（GP），确诊为类风湿性关节炎（Rheumatoid arthritis），建议其连续服药3个月，每天服用五种激素、抗过敏等控制类药物。患者考虑西药副作用，且只能起到控制作用，故而到我处求助。<\/p>\n

患者面色灰暗，手指皮肤紧绷，局部关节变形，脉沉。<\/p>\n

用董氏奇穴一一二二部针，每周一两次，开中药方剂约12剂。患者反馈针后即便在雨天，双手已无痛感。中药服用后，不仅双手病情完全控制，患者肤色也极大改善，光彩照人。<\/p>\n

比较有趣的是由于方中麻黄、附子在纽西兰是禁药，故而考虑再三，只好采用葱白和肉桂取代，没想到西人用中药，疗效甚好。<\/p>\n

患者在症状改善后，去GP处复诊，西医认为效果控制良好，认可其继续进行中医治疗来控制病情。可惜年轻人在症状转好、痛感消失后，很少再坚持治疗除根。后追踪半年未再犯。<\/p>\n
