周左，30岁，右脚脚后跟突发疼痛，尤其是走路时间长以后疼痛明显。本身有扁平足问题，并在使用辅助鞋垫。首次治疗时，因时间紧张，用伤科针法仅做了部分治疗，未来得及解决全部问题。一周后复诊，患者已经自述周末走路及爬山一个多小时，无任何不适感。但作为医生应该比病人更清楚问题的解决程度，故而第二次治疗完成了基于局部的全部伤科针法松解，以保证长期稳定的疗效。<\/p>\n
