患者So**，男，印度裔，近半年来右侧腿部出现严重疼痛，近一个月左侧腿部也开始出现交替性的疼痛，pain level在8\/10，但平日工作忙碌，除了服用止痛药以外，未做其他治疗。在给病人做检查时发现，他身体存在结构性问题。腿部、腰部、背部都有问题。肩胛骨突出，高低肩。在腿部疼痛严重时，时走路也会出现一瘸一拐的形态进行代偿。触诊腿部，一方面皮肤绷得很紧，另一方面腿部肌肉非常紧张、缺乏弹性和张力。肌肉摸起来坚硬干瘪。<\/p>\n

首次治疗在学校诊所应用基于压痛点的针刺疗法（学校老师进行痛点定位）。治疗结束后，第二周看诊反映疼痛没有改善。<\/p>\n

第二次治疗改用林氏伤科针法对右腿小腿进行松解治疗。治疗后，明显感觉小腿局部已经达到了林师所讲的“水水的，像豆腐一样”的效果，原来的肌肉紧张基本予以消除。患者下地走路时，说腿部已经完全没有痛感，疗效显著。<\/p>\n
