学了林氏伤科思路后再看瑜伽的习练，想法有些不同。<\/p>\n

瑜伽具有很强的促进身体自愈的能力，除了从内功功法来看，每个瑜伽动作也许都可以看成制造张力，并创造身体还原的路径。<\/p>\n

因此，从这个角度出发，也许可以对瑜伽的练习，有些进一步的考量。<\/p>\n

首先，瑜伽的动作不应该成为伸展运动，而是要思考某个体式所要达成的目标。通过瑜伽的动作，要让身体形成比较连贯的势而有利于下一步的还原，那身体的姿势就不应该让它处于极度绷紧的状态。<\/p>\n

其次，形成比较顺的身体线条后，通过扭转，促进身体结构的重排和复位。林师曾经讲过他的手法是没法用来自我修正的，因为无法自己创造某个达到极点的势。这一点我是认同的。但是，瑜伽通过体式的扭转应该是做得到某种程度的自然重排调整的。 所以这个扭转复位的过程一定是需要缓慢和有知觉的，应该有固定的施力点，了解身体势所形成的路径，在身体扭转的路径上应该是相对松空的。如果在没有空间状态下的扭转，很可能是会造成进一步的身体伤害。<\/p>\n

这个时候，应该考虑艾扬格瑜伽的辅具应该起到什么样的作用。它一定不应该是用来促使身体更加扭转紧绷，进而达成不可能的姿势。我认为艾扬格辅具的初衷是为了在体式完成过程中卸下身体的过分张力，为顺势的形成助力。但是，从另一个角度看，辅具的使用，也许弊大于利，因为用辅具去精确造势，实在是极少人才可以准确做到的。何不就让其在本身身体能达成的范围内活动呢？<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
