患者，男，31，主诉为因最近常伏案办公导致颈部疼痛不适，用针灸治疗，一针止痛，后随访未复发。<\/p>\n

为什么有的患者一针就可以止痛，但有些疼痛却要花很多时间处理？这个跟几个因素有关。其一，如果疼痛涉及的经络少，如果只涉及到一条经的问题，一针就可以得效；其二，如果患者是长期久病，已经形成局部瘀阻，甚至形成痹证，那当然需要更多的时间来调整；其三，患者本身体质较弱，气血不足，这类患者不调整气血，则顽固性疼痛问题很难解决。<\/p>\n
