患者男，31岁，自感突然乏力，头痛，巅顶不适，浑身难受，明显怕冷，食欲可，二便常。舌淡苔薄白，略有齿痕。患者自述无汗。左手脉沉，右手脉浮缓略有紧象。该患者表里都有问题，故而一手脉浮，一手脉沉。有表先解表。虽然患者自述无汗，从脉象来看不支持按中寒治疗，应该按中风治疗，故而选用桂枝汤。考虑到服桂枝汤后让患者喝粥不方便，选用张锡纯的方法，在桂枝汤原方基础上加知母，黄芪及防风。<\/p>\n

患者睡前服用一剂，感觉到半夜时身体开始发热，怕冷的感觉消失。第二天感冒痊愈。<\/p>\n

我们常用桂枝汤加味治疗各种疾病，但临床上治疗感冒的机会反而少了，一般来说遇到普通感冒，患者都自行服药了，虽然大概率是个错误的治疗，但外感病的六经传变非常快，所以，它会转成其他形态，而患者误以为他的感冒好了，比如咳嗽，牙痛，头痛<\/p>\n
