患儿，男，两岁半，夜半突发高热，身如燔炭，夜卧不宁。患儿无其他外感症状，虽发高热，精神甚好。前几天排便都正常，唯高烧后未曾排便。头部无汗，手心湿润，身时有汗。发热过程中患儿手背及面部出无色疹块，并自行消退。舌淡，舌尖微红，布有红点，苔薄白，根部微厚。脉寸位独大，浮取既得，中按有力。<\/p>\n

患者脉有力，为三阳病，不符合太阳病、少阳病的特征，故而患者的高热为阳明病。寸脉独大，中取有力，则从温病学的角度可判断为邪在上焦，且未全入气分，故而不能用白虎汤，而是选取了温病方先从卫分疏散。至二日，脉浮取已无，而入中位，再用一剂温病方升降气机，泻下稀臭大便，烧自退。<\/p>\n
