这是一个最近的案例。<\/p>\n

患者问：大夫，为什么一样的药，这几天我越吃越苦？<\/p>\n

我的回答：那说明你的病快要好了。<\/p>\n

又过了几天之后。<\/p>\n

患者问：大夫，我昨天忽然间拉肚子，去了厕所四五趟。你的药里面有泻药吗？<\/p>\n

我的回答：没有，是你的病基本已经好了。<\/p>\n

患者过来一检查，按压腹部不疼了。这位患者以前胃脘部轻轻一按，就疼痛难忍。原来的用药指证已经消失了，从中医角度来说，他的问题已经除根了。这个过程经历了3个多月的持续治疗，解决了患者好几年反反复复的老胃病。<\/p>\n

先说第一个“味觉”变化的现象。这个患者的药里面是有黄连的，是最苦的中药之一，但他一直喝着药不觉得苦。这说明黄连的苦是给他来治病的，身体的自然反应是欢迎和接受的。这也是我一直强调的，中药的所谓偏性跟西药的毒性不是一个概念。中药药物的偏性是为了纠正身体的偏性的，所以中药的这个偏性是由身体里面的疾病来承受的，而不是身体本身。所以，中药对症治疗治疗的情况下，身体对这种偏性是非常耐受的。当身体的气血偏差慢慢纠正过来了，身体不需要这么大的药物偏性了，身体就会反应出来对药物性味的更加敏感。这个时候，黄连的苦才被感觉到了。<\/p>\n

第二个突然“腹泻”的现象，是中医治病里面非常常见的一个现象，尤其是对于久病实邪在痊愈前中几乎必见，那就是“瞑眩反应”。这是中医治病的一个特有现象。就是病在治疗一段时间，快要好的时候，会突然出现一次一过性的某种症状加重。它体现了一方面身体需要这个过程更迅速的排出病邪，另一方面它也体现了一种身体自我调节再平衡的过程：从病态的平衡到健康的平衡。这就是古人所云：若药不瞑眩<\/em>，厥疾弗瘳。<\/p>\n

这两种现象都是中医特有的，提示疾病向好发展的重要信号。<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
