患者，女，三十多岁，主诉为关节疼痛六个多月。目前主要症状是全身关节疼痛，去年九月份开始，左膝关节按压、上下楼及蹲起疼痛。今年一月份疼痛转移到左膝盖相同位置。同时，左手手指关节疼痛，慢慢转移到右手指关节同样位置。后来，手腕内侧、右脚趾关节、右脚跟都开始疼痛。下颌骨疼痛，并且张不开嘴，最大可以张开两指。目前疼痛状态时而减轻，时而加重。痛无定处。疼痛位置在骨，没有刺痛感，没有麻木，屈伸会有点疼，但没有明显受限。风湿因子检查结果为21IU\/ml （<14），西医诊断为类风湿性关节炎。<\/p>\n

患者目前在服用西医乙肝抗病毒药物，并出现了肠胃不适，精神差，头晕眼花，消化不良，食欲不振等症状。<\/p>\n

患者在早上起床会腰部不舒服。怕冷，不怕风。血压偏低，心跳最低40bpm，血压低压60-80mmHg。曾出现过心悸，气短。平时虚汗多。 舌质偏淡，舌苔薄白，有血虚象。因网诊患者，无脉诊信息。此为中医的痹证，采用经方开两周药物。<\/p>\n

患者因为中间得新冠发烧咳嗽而停药，所以，两周的药大概花了四、五周吃完。患者反馈一周后嘴巴已经可以张开，目前疼痛已经明显减轻，串痛的情况也明显减少。又开两周的药物继续巩固，中间又因为流感咳嗽而停药。<\/p>\n

患者因为新冠、流感以及工作的原因，一直是断断续续吃药。所以，能控制到目前的效果非常让她满意。从我的临床经验来看，类风湿性关节炎问题，因为其病位很深，同时作用因素很多（包括风，寒，湿），要想控制到无疼痛、长期不复发的效果，还需要更长时间的持续治疗，尤其是患者基础体质的改善尤为重要。<\/p>\n
