患儿，男，1岁半，感染甲流后发热，服用达菲后体温下降。但扁桃体发炎导致嗓子疼痛，吃饭、喝水、喝奶都有困难，进食少，两日未大便。西医检查甲流阳性，血清淀粉样蛋白A 103mg\/L。此例为网诊患者无脉诊和其他信息。<\/p>\n

患儿可服用中药，故开方让家属自行抓药煎煮服用，并告知大便通了，病就会立马转好。<\/p>\n

两日后反馈，服药后，大便通，咽痛已经基本无恙，身上后来出了一些不痛不痒的小疹子。这在小儿科非常常见，为病毒性感冒后余毒从体表排出。一二日就会自行散去。<\/p>\n

小儿得温病（西医的流感属于温病范畴）普遍有个特点就是开始不大便了。这个时候，无论吃什么西药就算退烧了，大便不通，病还是不会彻底好，因为热邪还在。用中医温病方治疗之后，一般大便通畅，余邪散尽，很快就好了。<\/p>\n
