1. Online booking for the in-clinic treatment is only available for our work studio located in Kew, Melbourne.
2. Our consultation scope covers major internal medicine conditions, but we do not treat the following situations:
   1. The patient is still in the hospital
   2. Patients aged below 6 or above 75
   3. Patients in severe life-threatening conditions
   4. Severe mental health disorders, like Schizophrenia
   5. Elderly patients on long-term high-dose Western medication
   6. Patients who do not believe in Traditional Chinese Medicine and are only seeking to try it out
