Important Information Before Booking
Herbal Medicine Service
The Herbal Medicine service is a private in-clinic consultation available at Dr. Ma’s work studio in Richmond, Melbourne.
This option should only be selected after prior confirmation with Dr. Ma and is not available for online consultations.
Consultation Scope
Dr. Ma provides Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultations focusing on internal medicine conditions, body constitution, and long-term health balance.
However, this service may not be suitable for:
• Patients who are currently hospitalised
• Children under 6 years old or adults over 75 years old
• Individuals experiencing severe or life-threatening medical conditions
• Severe psychiatric conditions (e.g. schizophrenia)
• Elderly patients taking complex or high-dose Western medications
