You can access these terms and conditions at any time from the bottom of the first page of the Website.

Booking a TCM service from www.tcmdrma.com

By placing a booking through our Website, you warrant that:

A. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

B. You are at least 18 years old; and

C. All details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Products you have ordered.

Booking services can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard or Visa transaction facility. We also accept internet banking as a method of payment on our Website. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for the purpose of completing the transaction to purchase the Products ordered.

When booking a service, you will be asked to register your email address to complete the purchase. We may also contact you in direct reference to your order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Prices and payment

Prices for our products/services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

All prices on our Website are in Australia Dollars (AUD) and no extra charge for GST.

Patients need to pay the online booking fee. The booking fee will be deducted from the service fee in the clinic when check-out. The service fee should be paid before or immediately after the treatment.

Cancelling booking/No show

Only the booking cancelled 24 hours earlier than the service time will be refunded. It might take around 5-10 working days to complete the refund procedure.

Cancel within 24 hours: the booking fee is not refundable.
How to cancel? please click the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email or formally email us with your full name.
No show: the service fee(higher one of $95 and paid booking fee) will still be charged.
Late show: For an online Zoom meeting, it will be cancelled after 10 minutes and not refundable. For clinic visits, it might be cancelled if it is too late to complete a session. If the session cannot be completed in a one-hour session and has to be extended due to your significant lateness, we may charge an additional fee of $45 every 15 minutes.
Delivery

Within VIC: normally 1-2 working days with express post.

Out of VIC: normally 2-3 working days with express post.

Overseas: Economy Tracked 3-10 working days, Courier 2-6 working days.

We select one of the best courier companies in the market for delivery. If there is a delivery delay or loss, please contact the courier company for compensation. we take no responsibility for damage and loss due to delivery. If necessary, you can choose to require a signature by informing our support team before you place your order.

If you choose to deliver overseas, you have to take your own risk for customs checks and any extra costs.

Please note that this refund policy applies exclusively to our treatment services. All virtual products, such as online courses, recipes, downloadable products, physical goods sold online, and medications, are not eligible for this guarantee. Refunds will not be provided for these types of purchases.

Please note that this clause does not apply to offline partner clinics and any other online partner platforms, such as Fiverr.

If you wish to request a refund, the request must be made within 7 days from the start of the service. After this 7-day period, refund requests will no longer be eligible. While we are happy to honor refund requests within the terms outlined here, please be aware that, following a refund, we may not be able to offer our services to you in the future. Returns Policy

For any herbal medicine in raw/granule/pills etc. and treatment services, we do not provide returns and refunds.

We are happy to exchange, refund or offer a store credit within 7 days for other normal products. Proof of purchase is required. All products returned must be in their original condition, including all packaging.

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

E-invoice and prescriptions

In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we do not provide printed invoices or prescriptions unless specifically requested by the client. After each consultation, relevant documents in PDF format will automatically be sent to the registered email address provided by the patient. If you do not receive the email, please contact us via email to have the documents resent.
