Chinese herbal medicine usage and precaution
- The interval between taking the medicine and meal is at least half an hour, preferably more than 1 hour
- Do not take the medicine by yourself after the expiry date or take a larger dosage without the TCM practitioner’s instruction
- It is not recommended to take a variety of other Chinese and Western medicines and various health products at the same time during the medication, please consult the practitioner.
- Caution for allergies: If you have severe allergies, please consult with a TCM practitioner before taking any medication. The production environment may include substances such as nuts or other allergens that could trigger allergic reactions.
Oral use
Put the right amount of granules into a cup with the spoon attached.The medicine should be measured with the spoon leveled, not heaped.
Pour the boiling water (around 1/2-2/3 mug) into the granule, stir well, and drink it when warm.
* Some herbs cannot easily melt in their property in a lower-temperature environment. When this happens, put your mug into the microwave oven for 5-8 seconds and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Topical use
Apply 1/4 cup or less hot water into the granule to make sure higher concentration. Dip a clean cotton ball/stick into the liquid and spread it evenly on the affected area of the skin.
*To prevent allergies (very rare), please first apply it to the delicate skin of the ear or wrist for testing. If there are no allergies such as redness and swelling, apply to the affected area from a small amount and gradually increase the amount.
