The patient, male, 2 years old, had fever, runny nose, slightly tight and floating pulse, slippery and big pulse in the mid position, white and moist tongue coating, slightly red tongue body, red lips, no sweat, good spirits, sour smell of stool. The patient is cold in the exterior and hot in the interior, and there is food stagnation as well. After treatment with the selected prescription of Taiyang and yang ming channel, the fever subsides and the medicine was stopped. On the night of the third day, he developed a high fever, no sweat, loss of appetite and spirit, and no other discomfort. Then applied the Shaoyang&Yangming formula, at the same time, Dazhui cupping. Over the night, the fever subsided and he recovered completely.
